Dawn Cohorst
Dawn grew up in a small town in North East Texas where she not only completed high school but also married her high school sweetheart; they have been married nearly thirty-five years. Together they have three grown sons, two daughter-in-laws, and five grandchildren.
She completed an associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology at Kilgore College and a bachelor's degree in Clinical Lab Science at UTMB in Galveston, Texas. With that degree she worked in and managed clinical labs from Longview to Corpus Christi. After many years she transitioned to work for a vendor selling laboratory equipment and software. Often covering a national territory, she has traveled extensively across the country helping laboratorians understand their processes, meet metrics and gain efficiencies for better healthcare. In the summer of 2022 she answered a call to pursue another avenue; Professional Coaching as well as a certificate in Biblical Counseling through Southwestern Baptist theological seminary.

Today, she is a full time biblical counselor and public speaker helping clients and groups find personal improvements and solutions through various tools none of which outweigh the sufficiency of scripture.
